 has the right to be treated with dignity and care\, Schott Communities is 
 dedicated to providing life-enriching programs\, services and residences t
 o meet the multiple needs of person who are deaf or disabled. Schott Commu
 nities has promoted art as a vital part of its mission since the agency's 
 inception in 1986.<br /><br />Our art program encourages adults with disab
 ilities to explore their creativity and express themselves through a varie
 ty of artistic mediums. Professional artist and instructors lead weekly pa
 inting and crafting classes\, offered at minimal cost to participants or t
 hrough our Adult Day Training program. Many of our artist have been creati
 ng with us for a decade or more.<br /><br />The artists featured in this e
 xhibition have each developed their own unique ways of creating. Some use 
 their hands\, while other may use there feet\, mouth\, or adaptive equipme
 nt to bring their ideas to life. Their work reflects not only their indivi
 dual creativity and artistic voices\, but also the limitless possibilities
  that emerge when people are given the opportunity to create.</p>\n<p>We a
 re proud to share this collection of acrylic paintings&nbsp\; with the com
 munity and invite you to experience the artists' creativity\, individualit
