During this personalized one-on-one technology session\, a Tech Coach will
help you build your digital skills and knowledge using your laptop\, tabl
et or mobile device. Select the topic that you want to learn about such as
Waterloo Public Library's online resources\, using email or navigating th
e internet. \;
Note that Tech Coaches are not able to he
lp with computer or hardware repairs or provide ongoing appointments as tu
toring sessions. We reserve the right to determine if your technology need
s can be met by WPL staff. If we are not able to help with a specific tech
nology-related question\, we may be able to suggest alternative resources
in the community. \;
While the McCormick Branch is under
construction\, this program will take place in the Pop-Up Library in the
