 \n<li>This program will be facilitated by a library staff member with a ma
 ximum of 10 participants.</li>\n<li>This program is aimed at adults who ar
 e interested in learning more about the history and traditions of Hallowee
 n while taking part in a creative paper craft activity.</li>\n<li>Particip
 ants will learn about the origins of Halloween and how traditions have dev
 eloped and changed across different cultures and over time. The session wi
 ll then focus on vintage Halloween postcards and their use of quirky and h
 umorous imagery to make traditionally spooky subjects more playful.</li>\n
 <li>Following the history component\, participants will create their own v
 intage-inspired Halloween postcard using a pre-made base and a selection o
 f pre-cut paper images. Participants will be encouraged to combine charact
 ers\, settings and other elements to create their own Halloween scene.</li
 >\n<li>No previous craft experience is required and all materials are prov
