Trained staff from \;Rust Library's \;Passport Off ice can take photos onsite\, help with filling out the forms\, and file pa perwork with the U.S. State Department. \nThe Department of State passport fees are pay able by check or money order ONLY. A separate check\, payable to the Depar tment of State\, is required for each application. LCPL fees may be paid b y credit card\, check or money order in the exact amount\, made payable to the County of Loudoun.
