 rdisciplinary artist specializing in restorative arts and sound-based well
 being. She holds a doctorate in bioscience and has over a decade of experi
 ence with contemplative practices and community-based creative programs. H
 er approach integrates scientific understanding of stress regulation with 
 accessible\, evidence-informed relaxation methods. Ir&eacute\;ne is traine
 d in sound therapy and is committed to culturally respectful\, inclusive\,
