  operate the Gweike laser cutter and to set up a digital project in Lightb
 urn software. Participants will discover how to engrave and cut a unique w
 oodblock design\, apply the correct settings and order of operations in Li
 ghtburn\, and set the focus and origin point in the Gweike Laser. Once the
  engravings are done\, patrons will transfer their engraving onto paper us
 ing printmaking techniques!&nbsp\;<em>It is highly recommended that patron
 s attend Intro to Laser Cutting and Engraving\, or have previous laser cut
 ting and engraving operation &amp\; design experience prior to attending t
 his program.&nbsp\;</em>Limited to 10 participants.</p>\n<p>This program w
 as designed for 7th grade and up\, but younger children may attend if an a
 dult/guardian/caregiver is present to assist them throughout the program. 
 Each child in sixth grade or younger attending the program must be directl
 y supervised and assisted by a responsible caregiver while in the Studio. 
 Most ACPL programs welcome guests\, however the Studio programs can only a
 ccommodate registered patrons and their supervising caregivers.&nbsp\;&nbs
 p\;</p>\n<p>Space is limited: Register in advance to reserve your spot and
  receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event
