 3! Help give costumes a second life while saving money and reducing waste.
  You can donate clean\, gently used children&rsquo\;s costumes\, masks\, a
 nd accessories from now to 5pm on October 19th. Donations will be accepted
  at the circulation desk on the lower level of the Germantown Library or b
 ring donations with you to the swap.</p>\n<p>Bring your little ghosts and 
 goblins to the main swap event to browse the racks and choose a &ldquo\;ne
 w-to-you&rdquo\; costume for Halloween trick-or-treating or year-round dre
 ss-up play! Children can choose one costume per child\, free while supplie
 s last. A donation is not required to participate.</p>\n<p>Please donate o
 nly items that are clean\, stain-free\, and in good condition. MCPL does n
 ot guarantee the condition\, safety\, fit\, or suitability of donated item
 s. Participants accept donated items at their own discretion and risk.</p>
 \n<p>Photography and video recording are not permitted during MCPL events.

 nd in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age rang
 e of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 mu
 st be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for chi
 ldren must have an accompanying child.</p>\n<p>If you plan to attend with 
 a group of ten or more\, please contact the branch at least one week befor
