  writing at MLK Library</p>\n<p>A year-long writing program built around o
 ne story-structure method\, walked one step at a time across twelve sessio
 ns. Each session pairs a short craft lesson with a workshop hour\, where a
  small group of writers get their work read aloud and discussed by the gro
 up.</p>\n<p>New to a novel? Use the year's structure to draft one from the
  ground up.<br />Already have a draft? Use the sessions and workshop queue
  to revise it.<br />Writing short stories? Join for craft\, community\, an
 d feedback without the year-long arc.<br />Just want to write? Come\, list
 en\, join the exercises\, and be part of the room. No obligation to read y
 our own work.</p>\n<p>Want to read your own work aloud and get feedback? T
 hat's by sign-up. Registering places you in a fair\, transparent queue bas
 ed on order of registration. Each session workshops four to twelve writers
 \, about 15 to 5 minutes each\, so there's real time for a full read and d
