 nd give it a spooky transformation! \nAll dolls will be displayed in a pub
 lic area of the library during the contest and voting period.\nPlease do n
 ot submit valuable\, fragile\, sentimental\, or irreplaceable items. Parti
 cipants should choose a doll or materials that are appropriate for public

 <li>Dolls may be dropped off beginning October 1\, 2026 and must be picked
  up on October 31st before 6pm.</li>\n<li>Creepy dolls will be judged base
 d on originality\, creativity\, characterization\, artistic quality\, and 
 the ability to be inventive.</li>\n<li>There is no limit on the number of 
 entries a participant may bring.</li>\n<li>Entry dolls must be named.</li>
 \n<li>At the time of drop off each entry should be clearly identified with
  the participant's name and contact information.</li>\n<li>Antique or doll
 s ravaged by weather and/or time are acceptable as well.&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>
 All dolls will be displayed in a public area of the library during the con
 test and voting period.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Please do not bring valuable\, fra
 gile\, sentimental\, or irreplaceable items. Participants should choose a 
 doll or materials that are appropriate for public display.</p>\n<p>Communi
 ty voting will take place from Monday\, October 26 through Friday\, Octobe
 r 30 at noon.<br />Prizes will be awarded for 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd place!<b
 r />Winners will be announced at 3:45 p.m. on Saturday\, October 31\, foll
