 </a>) is an open\, project-based learning community where you build real t
 hings with real people. Every quarter\, we run a Build Cycle themed around
  an industry&mdash\;participants form pods around real problems\, develop 
 AI-enabled solutions together\, and showcase what they've built. No creden
 tials required. Just show up ready to learn alongside others.</p>\n<p>â
 €‹The Upskilling Labs records then transcribes workshop and keynote ev

 n<p>How the build cycles work<br />Meetups convene community around quarte
 rly themes\, with each three-month build cycle following a structured prog
 ression\, generally happening on second Tuesdays of the month:</p>\n<p>Mon
 th 1:&nbsp\;Theme Launch &amp\; Expert Panel- A panel of experts from gove
 rnment (local\, national\, international)\, private sector\, academia\, an
 d nonprofit organizations presents current challenges within the quarterly
  theme. The discussion catalyzes ideas about how emerging technologies can
  address these problems and identifies opportunities for innovation. Commu
 nity members who'd like to participate in the cycle can submit problem sta
 tements related to the theme\, which will serve as the basis for project g
 roups throughout the cycle.</p>\n<p>Month 2:&nbsp\;Meet the Pods- Communit
 y members have the opportunity to present on their problem statements and 
 initial research and receive feedback from subject matters. At meet the po
 ds\, new participants have the opportunity to join a pod and project group
  based on what they hear.</p>\n<p>Month 3:&nbsp\;Progress Showcase- Commun
 ity members voluntarily present their work to date\, sharing what they've 
 built\, lessons learned\, and next steps. This creates accountability\, fa
 cilitates knowledge sharing\, and builds momentum across the community.</p
 >\n<p>This cycle repeats quarterly with new themes\, creating sustained en
 gagement while allowing flexibility for participants to join at any point 
 or contribute to multiple cycles\, and work on their projects as long as t
 hey would like to. The working themes are as follows: Q1 - Health\, Q2 - C
