This tea contains caffeine. Rec ommended for ages 18+..\nhttps://solanolibrary.libnet.info/event/17503627 X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:

Together\, we will sit with Nannuo Shan ra w pu'erh (1988)\, an aged tea from the mountains of Yunnan. This pu'erh is prized for its grounding and calming nature\, helping us return to the bo dy\, soften the mind\, and rest in the present moment.

\n

We wi ll be seated together on the floor in a cozy tea space\, supported by medi tation cushions provided for everyone&rsquo\;s comfort. In silence\, we wi ll let the tea guide us into stillness and connection &mdash\; a simple ch ance to slow down\, breathe\, and listen: to ourselves\, to nature\, and t o each other.

\n

The gathering will last about ninety minutes. After the meditation\, there will be space for questions\, reflection and community. \; \;

\n

&bull\; \;Maximum group size: 1 0 participants
&bull\; \;Note: Pu'erh is a caffeinated tea. We re commend eating beforehand.
