Do Androids Dream of Electric Cats is an i nteractive sculpture by the Steel Tigerlillies\, a Milwaukee-based metal a rts collective. The mirrored cat invites viewers to see themselves reflect ed in the work\, becoming part of the piece as they move around it. The sc ulpture explores themes of perception\, connection\, and the relationships between people\, technology\, and the world around us. \;

Des igned and fabricated collaboratively\, the sculpture reflects the Steel Ti gerlillies&rsquo\; approach to making art through shared skills\, mentorsh ip\, and hands-on participation. The collective brings together artists\, makers\, welders\, and volunteers with a wide range of experience to creat e ambitious public artworks while expanding access to metalworking and cre ative practice. Their projects emphasize that meaningful public art is bui lt not only through vision\, but through many people working together.
