  plants has long inspired naturalists and artists alike.&nbsp\; In this wo
 rkshop for adults\, participants will learn techniques for capturing the t
 exture and shape of plants and incorporating it into art.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>W
 hen plants are used as masks for the Gelli plates\, which allow you to bui
 ld highly layered single-use (monotype) prints\, you can achieve stark\, c
 ontrasting leaf compositions\, or delicate botanical transfers.&nbsp\; &nb
 sp\; Print on standard paper to create stand-alone art or on tissue/rice p
 aper\, which can be seamlessly collaged into other mediums.&nbsp\; &nbsp\;
 </p>\n<p>Gelli monotype printmaking is a very accessible art form\, great 
 for all skill levels.&nbsp\; No previous experience required!&nbsp\; This 
 accessibility makes it a great way to explore or experiment with form\, te
 xture\, and color theory.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>All materials are provided
 \, including dried plant specimens\, but participants are encouraged to br
 ing their own leaves\, flowers\, and stems to print with.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p
