herine Neal (she/her) is a multi-medium artist with 15 years of costume ex
perience. She has called Central Oregon home since 2005 and has worked on
local theatrical productions such as Into the Woods\, La Cage Aux Folles\,
Kiss of the Spiderwoman\, Nine\, and Cabaret. Katherine loves makeup as a
form of temporary\, transformative art. She especially enjoys watching ac
tors develop into their characters. But she believes expressive makeup doe
sn&rsquo\;t only belong on the stage. Much like fashion\, makeup can be a
way to express who you are in the world. For Katherine\, makeup isn&rsquo\
 ;t about fixing or hiding\, it&rsquo\;s about creating\, experimenting\, a
nd having a little fun.</p>\n<p><strong>Questions?</strong> Contact <a hre
