 the most treasured volumes from the Museum&rsquo\;s collection of more tha
 n 15\,000 rare and unique books documenting 500 years of literary arts his

 en with us since 1996 or just discovered the Museum\, this special event i
 s your invitation to be part of a milestone worth remembering.<br />The mu
 seum first opened its doors in 1996 as the Bienes Center for the Literary 
 Arts. The Bienes Museum is dedicated to the celebration of the art of the 
 book\, the technology of the book\, and the history of the book. All artis
 ts\, creators\, book lovers\, and history aficionados are invited.</p>\n<p
