DESCRIPTION:Alex Curran of QC Coin will share his knowledge of antiques an
 d collectibles in this interactive program. Registration is only required 
 if you would like an item appraised. Audience is open to all..\nhttps://be

 coins from expert Alex Curran of QC Coin! Select participants will have th
 e opportunity to bring in one small item for Curran to discuss and apprais
 e in front of the general audience. There is no need to register if you si
 mply wish to be part of the audience and soak up the knowledge. If you wou
 ld like to submit an item to be appraised\, you must register in advance b
 y November 5. A maximum of 20 items\, one per person\, will be accepted.</
 p>\n<p><strong>If you wish to have an item appraised\, please read the bel
 ow information carefully:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>items must be smaller th
 an 36" by 36"</li>\n<li>no furniture\, firearms\, or weapons of any kind w
 ill be evaluated</li>\n<li>you are responsible for transporting your item 
 to the library\; no carts or assistance will be provided</li>\n<li>only re
 gistered participants will have their items appraised</li>\n<li>when regis
 tering\, you must specify the type of item you want appraised and\, if pos
 sible\, submit a photo</li>\n<li>registration must be completed by Novembe
 r 5 to give the appraiser adequate time to research items</li>\n<li>if you
  do not want the appraised value announced\, please inform the appraiser p
 rior to the start of the program</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The Bettendorf Public Lib
 rary\, the City of Bettendorf\, and QC Coin are not responsible for any da
 mage\, loss\, or theft of property during this program. Any value stated b
 y the appraiser is the opinion of the appraiser and not that of the Betten
