 ><strong>Event rules:</strong></span></p>\n<p><strong>From 10am-10:59am:</
 strong> Find/be directed to a parking space next to grass.&nbsp\; As this 
 will occur during library open hours\, safety and access require that item
 s be displayed on the grassy areas (would suggest bringing a blanket or ta
 rp to lay items on). It's also recommended to label anything you don't wan
 t taken (clothing racks etc). Arrive at any point during the 10am hour in 
 order to enjoy the full 11am hour of "shopping"!</p>\n<p>Once you've situa
 ted your things\, the 10am hour is a good time to <strong>look at</strong>
  other people's items as they arrive and set up (no taking yet!)</p>\n<p><
 strong>at 11am:</strong> a whistle will sound.&nbsp\; That is the time for
  folks to "shop" for the items they'd like until 11:59am.</p>\n<p><strong>
 at noon:</strong> each person who brought items <span style="text-decorati
 on: underline\;"><strong>must</strong></span> take with them any that are 
 unclaimed by noon.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>You don't have to bring anything in or
 der to find treasures that others are offering.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Al
 l potential swap items must be safe\, legal and allowed on government prop
 erty.</p>\n<p>If there is extreme weather this event will be canceled. At 
 that point\, stay tuned for a follow-up date!</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Questions a

 anch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the pro
 gram. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accomp
 anied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must h
 ave an accompanying child.</p>\n<p>If you plan to attend with a group of t
