  is a Let it Snow.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>This workshop is for ages 9-99. Kids und
 er the age of 13 must have a caregiver registered as well.</p>\n<p>Partici
 pants should wear clothing that can get glue-y and bring a pair of scissor
 s. Please register everyone who will be making a lantern.</p>\n<p><strong>
 <span style="color: #993300\;">Due to limited space\, REGISTRATION is REQU
 IRED.</span> </strong>We ask that you select one workshop that most intere
 sts you and please notify us if you are UNABLE to come to allow space for 
 other waitlisted participants.&nbsp\; Please bring your own scissors and p

  the Arts give the gift of light to our community as we light up Our Town 
 with a Lantern Parade on Saturday\, December 5th at 6pm - rain date Decemb
 er 6th. More details given at the workshops.</p>\n<hr />\n<p>The Children 
 and the Arts Committee is a non-profit organization composed of committed 
 citizen volunteers. Their mission to offer a FREE arts festival to celebra
 te art for\, by\, and with the children of our community.</p>\n<hr />\n<p>
 This program is free and open to all. Please note that library parking is 
 not guaranteed. Patrons who are able are encouraged to take advantage of P
 eterborough&rsquo\;s walkable downtown by parking in the Depot Square or R
