 ps you don't <strong><em>carrot</em></strong> all for them. Either way\, C
 hef Amon has some ways to <em><strong>turnip</strong></em> the <strong><em
 >beet&nbsp\;</em></strong>and celebrate these delectable earthy treats! Th
 is class will focus on exploring ways to prepare some familiar root vegeta
 bles\, as well as learning about some that may be less familiar to you. Al
 though we'll be climbing the tree of culinary knowledge\, we will definite
 ly stay&nbsp\;<em><strong>grounded</strong></em> in the basics of root veg
  cookery. We will prepare a few different preparations\, and you're gonna&
 nbsp\;<strong><em>dig 'em</em></strong>!</p>\n<p>Please be prepared with t
 he following safety guidelines:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hairnets and aprons will be
  provided. You may wear a clean hat of your own if you prefer.</li>\n<li>L
 ong hair should be restrained.&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>Please wear long pants and
