 haps you don't <strong><em>carrot</em></strong> all for them. Either way\,
  Chef Amon has some ways to <em><strong>turnip</strong></em> the <strong><
 em>beet&nbsp\;</em></strong>and celebrate these delectable earthy treats! 
 This class will focus on exploring ways to prepare some familiar root vege
 tables\, as well as learning about some that may be less familiar to you. 
 Although we'll be climbing the tree of culinary knowledge\, we will defini
 tely stay&nbsp\;<em><strong>grounded</strong></em> in the basics of root v
 eg cookery. We will prepare a few different preparations\, and you're gonn
 a&nbsp\;<strong><em>dig 'em</em></strong>!</p>\n<p>Please be prepared with
  the following safety guidelines:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hairnets and aprons will 
 be provided. You may wear a clean hat of your own if you prefer.</li>\n<li
 >Long hair should be restrained.&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>Please wear long pants a
