 ow community data analysis happens in real time\, exploring neighborhood a
 nd housing data live using open-source tools like R.</p>\n<p>Together\, we
 'll examine local housing and neighborhood trends\, explore questions as t
 hey emerge\, and demonstrate how data can be used to better understand com
 munity conditions and inform decision-making. No technical background is r
 equired. This is not a coding workshop\, but an opportunity to see communi
 ty data analysis in action and engage with the story the data tells.</p>\n
