 ting is available at Clark County Library at 10:00 am and 4:00 pm\, and at
  West Las Vegas Library at 1:00 pm.</p>\n<p>On November 4th\, testing is a
 vailable at Clark County Library at 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.</p>\n<p><strong>
 On November 6th</strong>\, testing is available at East Las Vegas Library 
 at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm\, West Las Vegas Library at 10:00 am\, Spring Vall
 ey Library at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm\, <strong>Sarah West Library at 10:00 a
 m</strong>\, and Lantian at 10:00 am.</p>\n<p>Testing appointments are app
 roximately 2 hours and 30 minutes long. <strong>Students should arrive on 
 time and bring a photo ID if available.</strong> After completing the test
