  and well-behaved dogs on leashes are invited\, too. Please dress for wint
 er weather and wear shoes with good traction. Walks are weather-dependent 
 and may be canceled when conditions are unsafe\, such as during extreme ic
 e.</p>\n<p><strong>Meet us outside on the West Patio of Central Library (t
