 Fraud Centre (CAFC).&nbsp\; Jointly managed by the RCMP\, Competition Bure
 au\, and the OPP\, the CAFC is the central agency in Canada which collects
  information and criminal intelligence on such matters as mass marketing f
 raud (eg telemarketing)\, advance fee fraud (eg West African letters)\, In
 ternet fraud and identification theft complaints.&nbsp\; In his presentati
 on Tom will outline the most common types of fraud and how you can protect
  yourself. This information will be of particular use to seniors.</p>\n<p>
