 the 1950s to interlock with Lego bricks today.<br />Lego comes from the fi
 rst two letters of the Danish words "Leg" "Godt" meaning "well played."<br
  />In 2009 James May\, who lives in Great Britain\, built the world's firs
 t full-size Lego house using 3.3 million bricks. Even his toilet is made o
 ut of Legos.</p>\n<p><br />Random facts aside\, building with Legos is a v
 aluable skill for children. The pieces fit comfortably in one's hand. You 
 can piece them together and you can take them apart to start again. When y
 ou see a child building with Lego's they are always deep in thought\, prob
 lem-solving and working out a solution to best make a car that rolls or a 
 house that is well supported.<br />At the Alachua Branch\, children can le
 arn with Legos. Some days we may present challenges such as Ring Toss\, Bo
 wling\, Hidden Memory Games\, Boat Experiments\, and more. Other days we w
 ill offer free build where children can let their imaginations run wild an
