 eer\, <a href="josevalentino.com">Dr. Jos&eacute\; Valentino Ruiz</a>\, is
  an internationally-acclaimed recording and performing artist\,\, a multi-
 instrumentalist\, composer\, missionary\, and educator known for his passi
 onate performances\, versatility\, and fluid expression on the flute\, sax
 ophone\, bass\, and Latin percussion.</p>\n<p>As a prolific recording arti
 st\, producer\, and composer\, Jos&eacute\; Valentino has produced 15 solo
  albums within the traditions of contemporary jazz.&nbsp\; Currently\, Jos
 &eacute\; Valentino is working on an innovative album\, "The Global Funk" 
 which features his extraordinary musicianship on multiple instruments and 
 compositions that infuse powerful lyrics sung by Jos&eacute\; in Mandarin\
 , Swahili\, Spanish\, Hindi\, Zulu\, and more.</p>\n<p>As a college profes
 sor\, Jos&eacute\; served as Instructor of Record (2013 - 2016) for numero
 us undergraduate and graduate courses in commercial music subjects at the 
 University of South Florida. From August 2016 to May 2019\, Dr. Ruiz trans
 ition to Cleveland\, TN to serve as Assistant Professor of Music Business\
 , Production\, and Jazz at Lee University.&nbsp\; In August 2019\, Dr. Rui
 z transitioned back to Florida to become the Head of Music Business &amp\;
  Entrepreneurship at the <a href="https://arts.ufl.edu/directory/profile/1
 66311" title="Faculty Profile Jos&eacute\; Valentino Ruiz">University of F
 lorida</a>.&nbsp\; His passion is cultivating artistic identity and entrep
 reneurialism among aspiring professionals to become leaders within the glo
 bally-expanding music industry. Jos&eacute\; Valentino&rsquo\;s students h
