 ing education programs\, and creating community initiatives that reached 7
 0\,000 people annually. Additionally\, Borths is a member of the summer di
 recting staff of Des Moines Metro Opera and has held positions at the Cran
 e School of Music (SUNY Potsdam)\, the Seagle Music Colony\, and the Crest
 ed Butte Music Festival.</p>\n<p>As an assistant director\, Borths has wor
 ked with many opera companies including Arizona Opera\, Wolf Trap Opera\, 
 Michigan Opera Theater\, Des Moines Metro Opera\, and the Festival della V
 alle d'Itria\, and his educational adaptations of classic operas have been
  seen at Toledo Opera\, Atlanta Opera\, Arizona Opera\, and the Florida St
