 ed old buildings and signs and saw that many of the signs I loved were dis
 appearing. I wanted to capture them before they were gone. So I started ta
 king photos of them\, and rather than hide the flaws and age in the signs 
 and buildings\, I try to celebrate the flaws when I digitally illustrate t
 hem. It didn&rsquo\;t take long for me to realize\, these were more than j
 ust signs I thought were beautiful. Everyone has their own story about the
 se places. And I have heard some great ones. I have heard about many night
 s at Bill and Nada&rsquo\;s\, or how they went to Snelgrove&rsquo\;s\, whe
 n they were kids\, and not to mention the MANY\, MANY misadventures at Coa
 chman&rsquo\;s and Bar-X. This is my little way of trying to keep the city
  from becoming just another place\, and keeping it special.</p>\nhttps://s
