 and fats. We will do some simple math calculations to demonstrate how much

 l class\, we will discuss the Wellness Wheel and how everything is connect
 ed. We will discuss what factors affect our overall wellness. We will also
  discuss the CDC claim that more than half of chronic illnesses (heart dis
 ease\, cancers\, stroke\, diabetes\, Alzheimer's\, and lung disease) are p
