DESCRIPTION:The Library’s annual Food for Fines program  will take 
 place Monday\, October 28 through Wednesday\, November 6 to support CAPTAI

 n<p>For each non-perishable item donated\, the Library will forgive one ov
 erdue fine per item that has been returned. Amnesty cannot be applied to l
 ost items or items that do not belong to CPH Library.</p>\n<p>Additionally
 \, the Library will include a Random Act of Kindness component. Patrons wi
 thout fines who donate pantry items can have their amnesty applied to anot
