 e any obligations on employers\, expressly stating that employers were not
  required to accommodate medical use of marijuana in the workplace. You&rs
 quo\;ll learn what is specifically required in the accommodation process i
 ncluding the intersection of disability accommodation and medical marijuan
 a use. The program will also cover what &ldquo\;adverse employment action&
 rdquo\; means and how to protect the company from wrongful discharge claim
 s while ensuring all employment decisions are legitimate and non-discrimin
 atory. The program will also provide guidance and framework for employers 
 who conduct workplace drug testing in light of the new law and changes tha
 t needs to be made to employer policies.</p>\n<p>About the Presenter:&nbsp
 \; Employment Attorney\, Emily J. Bordens\, Bressler Amery Ross P.C.: Emil
