 earch Center where she oversees the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Projec
 t. She has published two books on the techniques and methods for preservin
 g personal and family histories and&nbsp\;serves on the board of the South
 west Oral History Association. Barbara received her bachelor's degree in e
 ducation from Drake University and a master's degree in journalism from Io
 wa State University.</p>\n<p>This project is funded in part by a grant fro
