  Registration opens July 1st and closes July 16th.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>After th
 e students have completed the program\, families are encouraged to email t
 heir home address to&nbsp\;energy@montgomerycountymd.gov&nbsp\;to receive 
 their Energy Goodie Bags.</p>\n<p>Participants will be emailed a link to t
 he Zoom session prior to the the program. You may be asked to download a f
 ree web application\, but&nbsp\;a&nbsp\;Zoom account is&nbsp\;not&nbsp\;re
 quired to participate. &nbsp\;</p>\n<p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000
