 r social connection for kids through fun learning activities.&nbsp\; Using
  virtual video chat\, kids are introduced to new concepts and ideas in fun
  and engaging ways.&nbsp\; Topics range from a variety of educational disc
 iplines such as science and technology\, arts\, social studies and more.</
 p>\n<p><strong>This week we will be exploring the Social Studies topic fro
 m the Ontario curriculum by exploring and discussing the Google Arts &amp\
 ; Culture digital resource.&nbsp\;For this activity the following supplies
  are required: access to the Google Arts &amp\; Culture website.&nbsp\;Thi
 s program is geared towards children ages 8-12.</strong></p>\n<p>The progr
 am will be conducted over the Zoom video platform.&nbsp\;<strong>For safte
 y and attendance purposes\, please register for the programing using your 
 childs first name.</strong> For instructions on how to use Zoom\, please w
 atch this <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hIkCmbvAHQQ&amp\;featur
 e=youtu.be">video</a>. <strong>Library staff will email the Zoom link to a
 ll participants an hour before the program begins</strong>.&nbsp\;You do n
 ot have to have a Zoom account to attend this program. However\, if you do
  not have the software you will be prompted to download it when you click 
 on the link provided. There is no charge for the download but it does take
  a few minutes to complete so please allow time before the start of the pr
 ogram to do so.</p>\n<p><strong>During the program please make sure there 
 is an adult nearby to supervise your child and to ensure the best possible
  use of internet resources\, provide technical assistance and to maintain
