During this time of uncertainty and stress let's learn some breathing and meditation techniques to improve our well- being. \; For 10 consecutive Tuesday evenings we will have Anupama Buz ruk\, a certified Yoga instructor from Yoganubhay Yoga Studio. \; Anup ama has completed the 200 hours Registered Teacher Training Course from Lo tus Yoga Center in Palatine\, Il in 2005. \; Since then\, she has part icipated in therapeutic Yoga teaching from her home studio as well as the YMCA. \; Apart from teaching yoga poses\, she has focused on respirato ry health related breathing techniques and stress management related medit ation methods.
