 r social connection for kids through fun learning activities.&nbsp\; Using
  virtual video chat\, kids are introduced to new concepts and ideas in fun
  and engaging ways.&nbsp\; Topics range from a variety of educational disc
 iplines such as science and technology\, arts\, social studies and more.</
 p>\n<p><strong>This week we will be exploring the Geography &amp\; History
  subject of the Ontario school curriculum by virtually travelling around t
 he world using Google Street View. We will be visiting locations that may 
 otherwise never be seen without flying - from the Roman Colosseum to the S
 yndey Opera House\, to the Eiffel Tower in France and many more.</strong><
 /p>\n<p>This program is geared towards children aged 8-12.</p>\n<p><strong
 >The program will be conducted over the Zoom video platform.&nbsp\;For saf
 tey and attendance purposes\, please register for the programing using you
 r childs first name.</strong> For instructions on how to use Zoom\, please
  watch this <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hIkCmbvAHQQ&amp\;feat
 ure=youtu.be">video</a>. <strong>Library staff will email the Zoom link to
  all participants an hour before the program begins.</strong>&nbsp\;You do
  not have to have a Zoom account to attend this program. However\, if you 
 do not have the software you will be prompted to download it when you clic
 k on the link provided. There is no charge for the download but it does ta
 ke a few minutes to complete so please allow time before the start of the 
 program to do so.</p>\n<p><strong>During the program please make sure ther
 e is an adult nearby to supervise your child and to ensure the best possib
 le use of internet resources\, provide technical assistance and to maintai
