 ater\, baby oil\, or hair gel.&nbsp\; The thicker the substrate is\, the l
 ess mobile the items will be.&nbsp\; Seal the cap using glue (hot glue wor
 ks best)\, make sure the glue is cool and hardened\, then let your child s
