\nRamaa Krishnan is the founder of Full Bloomed Lotus Center for Self-A wareness in Wilmette and has been teaching Meditation and Mindfulness in t he neighborhood for the past 20 years. She is also the founder of Grow Thr ough Mindfulness\, a non-profit dedicated to bringing mindful awareness to youth in local schools and to introducing mindfulness as a means to empow er under-resourced communities. \;
