 plibrary.org. Public comments received by 4:00 p.m.\, Tuesday\, May 12\, 2
 020 will be read at the beginning of the meeting under Comments from the p
 ublic. Any comments received during the meeting will be held until the end
  of the meeting. Public comment is limited to 200 words or less. Public co
 mments should be emailed and contain the following information:</p>\n<ul>\
