Mindfulness meditation promotes well-b eing from the inside-out. Each class will include instruction\, a guided practice exercise\, and Q&\;A.

Susan Meyer has been practicing mindfulness meditation for more than 25 years. She has re ceived mindfulness meditation teacher training with Tara Brach and Jack Ko rnfield. Her meditation practice has been her rock during the Coronavirus pandemic\, and she is passionate about guiding others to experience the be nefits of mindfulness meditation.
