National Poetry Month takes place in April and so does April Fool&rs quo\;s Day. These two things are not unrelated. Join poet Patrick Culliton for discussion and the creation of poems with a focus on &ldquo\;fooling around&rdquo\; and how this playful approach can open poetic doors. Try yo ur hand at erasure and surrealist poetry\, along with surprising group cre ations.

Patrick Culliton\, author of Sam&rsquo\;s Teeth ( Subito Press)\, received his MFA from University of North Carolina Wilming ton. After over a decade of teaching writing at the college level\, he now works in the Marketing Department for Geauga County Public Library.
