  complex answers to this question and what it says about our community.&nb
 sp\; This is not about forming a committee.&nbsp\;It is not about solving 
 a problem.&nbsp\;It is about&nbsp\;hearing from diverse voices and buildin
 g connections.</p>\n<p>Join us as we use the basecamp model for&nbsp\;brin
 ging people together in conversation. Basecamp\, developed by Chris Kutarn
 a\, is a series of facilitated conversation where people come together to 
 better understand complex issues facing our communities\, to a
 sk questions\, to hear perspectives from other sectors andâ
 €¯experiences\, and to learn new ways of having conversatio
 ns.  &nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Our hope is that this will help us
 &nbsp\;all gain&nbsp\;knowledge and insights&nbsp\;as we&nbsp\;work to mov
 e forward positively and productively in uncertain times.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nb
 sp\;</p>\n<p><em>Chris&nbsp\;Kutarna was born and raised in Regina and is 
 currently living in London. He is a published author\, two-time Governor G
 eneral&rsquo\;s Medalist\, a Commonwealth Scholar&nbsp\;and&nbsp\;Fellow&n
 bsp\;of the Oxford Martin School. In 2019\, he presentered at Regina Publi
 c Library to a sold-audience on the findings and ideas of his book Age of 
 Discovery.&nbsp\;</em></p>\n<p><strong>This program is presented through z
