 d noted author. The Association of Illinois School Library Educators (AISL
 E) sponsors the award. The Lincoln Award is designed to encourage teens to
  read for personal satisfaction and become familiar with authors of young 
 adult and adult books.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><br />All&nbsp\;high school&nbsp\;st
 udents that read at least&nbsp\;four&nbsp\;of the&nbsp\;nominees&nbsp\;and
  register by&nbsp\;January 15&nbsp\;are welcome to vote online for their f
