  runs February 1-14. Winners will receive a $15 gift card to a place of th
 eir choice.</p>\n<p>Include your name\, grade\, home address\, and a photo
  of your cupcakes in an email to colson@fremontlibrary.org with the subjec
 t line 'Teen &ldquo\;Nailed It&rdquo\; Contest'. Limit 1 submission per pe
 rson.</p>\n<p>We can&rsquo\;t wait to see how everyone &ldquo\;Nailed It!<
 /p>\n<p>Registration optional: Please contact us to register if you'd like
  to pick up a Decorating Kit\, free and yours to keep. Cupcake ingredients
  and kitchen equipment are not included. One Decorating Kit per family\, p
 lease.</p>\n<p><em>Registration opens 1/15 and closes 1/26 in order to pre
 pare the kits. Decorating kit pickup will start on 2/1. </em></p>\n<p><em>
 When you contact us to register\, you will be asked to provide an email to
