 le at the end.</p>\n<p>Mr. Frank A. Johnson\, Jr. is a strategic planning 
 consultant with a background in adult education. Mr. Johnson currently ser
 ves on the Northern Neck Soil and Water Conservation District&rsquo\;s Boa
 rd of Directors and the Richmond County\, VA Museum&rsquo\;s Board of Dire
 ctors. Mr. Johnson is an alumnus of Hampton University and is also a fello
 w of both the Virginia Natural Resources Leadership Institute (VNRLI) and 
 Virginia Agriculture Leaders Obtaining Results (VALOR) program.&nbsp\;</p>
 \n<p>The mission of the <em>Virginia Food System Council</em> is to&nbsp\;
 advance a nutrient-rich\, safe\, and environmentally sustainable food syst
 em for Virginians at all income levels\, with an emphasis on access to loc
 al food\, successful linkages between food producers and consumers\, and a
  healthy\, viable future for Virginia&rsquo\;s farmers and farmland.</p>\n
