During this interactive webinar\, attendees will do a self-assessment to determine their wellness in 8 key areas of their l ife &mdash\; emotional\, physical\, social\, financial\, spiritual\, occup ational\, environmental\, and intellectual (also known as Dimensions of We llness). Each of these Dimension of Wellness is interrelated and do impact our overall mental health. Attendees will then put a monetary value on th e dimension of wellness that is most important to them at this time and id entify at least one thing they will do to improve this area.
