 a mat is not necessary\, but if you have one\, put it underneath the chair
 </li>\n<li>bare feet&nbsp\;or gym shoes</li>\n<li>no socks\, as socks migh
 t be slippery when we get on our feet</li>\n<li>a thick beach or bath towe
