The League of Women Voters Wilmette will walk you through this im portant ballot question on climate change alongside Mike Ryan\, a local vo lunteer with Citizens&rsquo\; Climate Lobby\, who will explain how the car bon fee and dividend policy described in the ballot question will reduce U .S. carbon emissions while ensuring an equitable transition to a green eco nomy.
