She is an Air Power Advocate for the Air Force Association\, and a member of The Ninety-Nines\, Inc. (the international women pilots or ganization of which Earhart was the organization's first president). \ ;
\nWith so many other daring and talented lady fliers\, what did Ea rhart have that mesmerized generations to come?
\nThe presenter will take the audience on a journey back in time to a society virtually unscat hed by the crush of the Great Depression - a time in aviation history know n as The Golden Age. Originally from a small town along the Missouri River \, Amelia Earhart skyrocketed from a young social worker into a powerful\, influential aviation superstar.
\nLoricchio has the uncanny ability
to engage the audience in such a way that they will feel as though they a
re peering behind the closed doors of a very public\, yet very private Ame
lia. While believing no one is truly an expert on the complex\, multi-face
ted legend\, Loricchio does manage to spellbind her listeners with colorfu
l\, personal tidbits woven into Earhart's death-defying adventures.
