 06-1790) put in place the foundation for many aspects of today&rsquo\;s ma
 il system. The innovations that followed included Rural Free Delivery (189
 6) and Parcel Post (1913)\, which brought rural residents into the mainstr
 eam. At a time when banks ignored the needs of average citizens\, the Post
 al Savings System (1911) provided basic financial services. As World War I
  engulfed Europe\, the Post Office recognized the value of air transport a
 nd alone supported the aviation industry until the late 1920s.</p>\n<p>Pre
 sented by: Pr. Jeff Kampf who&nbsp\;went to school for music at the Manhat
 tan School of Music in New York\, worked and performed in the event planni
 ng and entertainment industry until 2001. After attaining his B.A. in hist
 ory from Rutgers University\, and earning his M.A. degree in history and e
 ducation from The College of New Jersey\, he became a high school history 
 teacher. &nbsp\;In 2009\, he earned his second M.A. in genocide and Holoca
 ust Studies from Kean University\, and started teaching at the college lev
